On January 26^th, 2021, SRRSH launched the block chain medical application, pioneering the application of block chain technology in the field of medical electronic medical records and scientific research data. This is an innovative attempt by SRRSH to use block chain technology to improve the hospital's refined management level and promote the continuous reform of the medical industry.

On the same day, Dr. Cai Xiujun, president of SRRSH, attended the opening ceremony of the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Zhejiang Province and listened to the government work report. As the administrator of a public hospital, President Cai Xiujun has been thinking about how to integrate new technologies into hospital management to continuously improve medical quality and efficiency, and effectively enhance the sense of gain, happiness and security of the broad masses of people. The "implementation of the digital economy", "promotion of digital reform", "strengthening personal information protection and ensuring data security" mentioned in the government work report made him light up.

" As a new type of information technology, block chain technology is currently in the form of empowering all walks of life through 'block chain+' to promote the development of the digital economy. We are the first to introduce block chain technology in the medical field:

Firstly, it is to promote public hospitals to explore a new decentralized 'Internet + Healthcare' service system, to support digital reform in the medical field, and add new momentum to the digital economy;

Secondly, it is to protect patient privacy and guarantee medical data security through technological empowerment;

Thirdly, it is to provide a brand-new plan to promote the entire industry to break information barriers and reconstruct the standardization of national health information."

The use of block chain technology can solve the problems of electronic medical record management data security, process management and judicial approval, and also make patients themselves the real controllers of personal medical data. At present, SRRSH has implemented the entire process from the writing of surgical records by surgeons, the review by Attendings, to the filing of electronic medical records in all departments of the hospital, and it has been synchronized to the Hangzhou Internet Notary Office and Internet Courts and other judicial institutions. Electronic evidence of electronic medical records is consolidated.

SRRSH took the lead in the country to use block chain technology to build a "research data management system" platform based on data governance and block chain technology to help build a scientific research integrity system.

Next, SRRSH will continue to expand the exploration and practice of block chain technology in the field of medical services, using "block chain+" as a starting point to serve the health of the people, further improve the hospital's refined management and high-quality development level, and made positive contributions to the development of digital economy in Zhejiang Province.
