Biographical Sketch
Yu Hangping, M.D., Ph.D., Associate Chief Physician of Department of Orthopedics Surgery.
Dr. Yu specializes in spine surgery and joint surgery, especially differential diagnosis of difficult and miscellaneous diseases, minimally invasive surgery and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS). During his M.D. studies (the first batch of national key clinical specialties in orthopedics), he has presided over the domestic alternative development of an anterior cervical implant, which is still the most advanced of its kind in China. After graduation, with the support of Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang University, he has been conducting a series of clinical research on enhanced recovery of spinal degenerative diseases and minimally invasive surgery and has achieved good results.
