Wang Linbo, M.D. & Ph.D., Director and Senior Attending of Surgical Oncology Department; Mentor of M.D. and Ph.D. candidate students. Dr. Wang specializes in breast, thyroid, gastrointestinal and soft tissue tumor. His robust expertise lies in providing personalized service with patient-first approach using the latest international guidelines.

After completing his fellowship in surgical oncology, he has developed a very active practice, providing comprehensive treatment of breast cancer, thyroid cancer and gastrointestinal cancer. He has been working as surgical oncologist for nearly 30 years.

Moreover, Dr. Wang once studied at Université de Montréal and Loma Linda University Medical Center as a visiting scholar, and has been actively participating in basic and clinical research focused on interpretation of initiation and progression of breast and gastric cancer (drug resistance and metastasis). He has been working as a PI and main participant for many grants, publishing almost 30 papers (as first author or corresponding author) on breast and gastric cancer. The total impact factor (IF) is nearly 100, being cited by other papers more than 400 times.
