1. Department Profile:
Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine was established in 1994. At the beginning of the establishment of the hospital, Director Yu Yusheng and Director Li Hua jointly founded the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department and completed the first operation in the history of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital. Throughout more than 20 years, the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department has always been in line with the service concept of "give you sincerity, confidence and love", relying on cutting-edge technology to provide professional and excellent plastic surgery services for patients. After years of construction and development, the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department has become a clinical medical center integrating medical treatment, scientific research and teaching. The department has 4 chief physicians, 10 associate chief physicians, 8 attending physicians, and 3 resident physicians, including 3 doctoral supervisors and master supervisors. Tan Weiqiang has been the director of the Department since November 2020. Now, with reasonable personnel organization and complete specialized subjects, the department, one of the strongest comprehensive orthopaedics in Zhejiang province, offers a full range of services, including facial younger comprehensive treatment and comprehensive rhinoplasty, non-trace eye plastic surgery, breast plastic, body sculpture, photoelectric treatment of scars and refractory wound repair of all kinds of plastic, reconstructive, beauty items.
